I have made this recipe about a hundred times. Being a person with Blood Type O and eating to support my Type O health, perfecting this recipe was super important in the beginning of my diet journey.
I had cooked it wrong so many times, and then after consulting some friends and family, I formulated the right combination of ingredients and the right order of steps that resulted in the most perfectly tender ribeye steaks I’ve ever tasted.
The meat pulls apart effortlessly, the fat melts in your mouth and it just becomes the centerpiece of an enjoyable Type O meal. As you can see, I’ve included only spices that are beneficial or neutral for Type Os, like cayenne pepper and paprika. Black pepper has been left out since it is a spice that Type Os should avoid.
I love to pair these ribeye steaks with collard greens, kale greens, broccoli and string beans, which creates an easy low-carb, keto meal that Type Os need in order to thrive. When I’m not cutting down on carbs, I’ll add a small serving of black eyed peas or some mashed sweet potatoes.
