A little note from Latreil

Hello 👋

I created Blood Type Life because I know what it's like:

  • to know what you should be eating but still struggle to make it happen when life gets busy

  • to not have the resources and tools to stay organized and consistent

  • to be the only one you know serious about eating foods that contribute to your health and well-being

... but I know that I wasn't the only one that felt this way. I knew you would come looking for support, practicality and community.

I've spent years learning the Type O diet and lifestyle, experimenting with it in my own life, falling off, getting back on, and figuring out what helps me actually stick with it.

Now I want other Blood Type Os to have a place where they can learn, experiment, ask questions and be encouraged to keep going.

No perfection required.

Just keep moving toward the version of your life you actually see in your Type O future.
