If you are new to the Blood Type O Diet, returning to it, or have been living this way for years, we can all benefit from revisiting the original work of Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo.
Believe it or not, much of what circulates on the internet today is fragmented, simplified, or pulled out of context. Many people are running with misunderstandings and inaccurate food lists. That’s not helpful when striving to build a nutritional foundation.
That’s why I created this page, as a place to slow down and reconnect with the source, the original words. The quotes shared here are drawn from several of Dr. D’Adamo’s books, including Eat Right 4 Your Type and Live Right 4 Your Type, which will be noted next to each quote.

When read slowly and in context, these words offer reassurance, orientation, and a deeper understanding of why certain foods, rhythms, and practices either support or strain the body.
