Baked Mint Lamb Chops and Shoulder Steaks Recipe - Blood Type O

Ingredients

6 pieces of lamb (chops and/or shoulder)

20 fresh mint leaves (or dried mint flakes)

Olive Oil

Salt

Paprika

Cayenne Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Cookware and Tools

  1. 9x11 glass pan

  2. Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Lightly oil the pan with olive oil.

  3. Lay half the mint leaves on the bottom of the glass pan. Then, season the pan with salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.

  4. Rinse the lamb pieces in cool water.

  5. Place lamb pieces in the pan.

  6. Season the top of the lamb steaks with the same spices listed and place the rest of the fresh mint leaves on top of the lamb pieces.

  7. Cover with aluminum foil and slide into the oven.

  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes for tenderness.
